Remember ...I work for you! In those areas where I am not an Expert, I will provide a list of appropriate service providers for you to select from. You should also know that I will never accept in any form, referral fees of any sort from service providers whose names I provide to you.

How I Work With Sellers
I work as an independent contractor (as do the vast majority of Realtors in Georgia)which means I work for you, my Clients. I am affiliated with a Licensed broker, but as an independent contractor, all my operating, marketing, selling expenses are paid for by me and funded from earned commissions. My Real Estate Practice is the primary source of income for me and my family. I hope and expect that my Selling Clients will choose to have me work for them under an "Exclusive Right to Sell" Agency Agreement, in which capacity I work for you, and by law, owe you Loyalty, Obedience, Confidentiality, Honesty, and Reasonable Care.
How I Work With Buyers:
I encourage you to use all the search facilities, information, information links, calculators and other resources that are available on this site to assist with your home search. When you need additional information or have questions on any Real Estate matter, please feel free to contact me at any time, day or evening and weekends, at 678-549-2770 or at Pete@onLanier.com. All of these services are free of charge.
Once you decide that you want to select me as your potential Realtor, I will gladly arrange to meet, get a full and complete understanding of your needs, and then share what services I would provide to meet those needs, and how I will deliver those services. Hopefully you will choose to engage me under a "Buyer" Agency Agreement, which then requires me to fully represent your interests as opposed to working with you, while representing the seller's interests without such an agreement.
