How I Work With Sellers

I work as an independent contractor (as do the vast majority of Realtors in Georgia)which means I work for you, my Clients. I am affiliated with a Licensed broker, but as an independent contractor, all my operating, marketing, selling expenses are paid for by me and funded from earned commissions. My Real Estate Practice is the primary source of income for me and my family. I hope and expect that my Selling Clients will choose to have me work for them under an "Exclusive Right to Sell" Agency Agreement, in which capacity I work for you, and by law, owe you Loyalty, Obedience, Confidentiality, Honesty, and Reasonable Care.

I encourage you to use all the search facilities, information, information links, calculators and other resources that are available on this site to assist with your home search.
